Everything you need to know about the Mentalyc Team Feature

The Mentalyc team feature is the best way for you to ensure fast and quality notes for you and your team members with, making your team members much more effective while doing significantly less work. All you have to do is simply buy the number of seats you need for your team members. Below, we will be highlighting some of the features. you get from the Mentalyc team.
See and manage team members: With the clinicians feature you can see how much your team members upload sessions and sign notes, you can also see those who have unsigned notes and sort with these that are left unassigned after 24, 48 or 72 hours.

Invite a new team member: You can easily invite your team to join Mentalyc.
- On the clinicians page, click on “add new clinician”

- Fill out the clinician’s details

- Select an available subscription (you’ll be invited to buy more seats if you’re out)

- Click "Send invite"

- You’ll find their invitation in "Pending invites"

Remind your team to sign their notes: You can easily send a reminder to selected members that they need to sign their notes
- Select the members you’d like to remind

- Click on “Send reminder”

- When prompted, click “Send reminder” and your team members will receive an email reminding them to sign their unsigned notes

You can also deactivate team members who leave your practice: they will be stored in the deactivated section of your team where you still have access to their notes and clients.
