Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Develop and execute a content strategy to support Mentalyc’s marketing goals, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, case studies, and whitepapers.
    • Write compelling, clear, and engaging content that resonates with mental health professionals, focusing on their needs, challenges, and the benefits of AI-driven solutions for therapy documentation.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to create content that aligns with Mentalyc’s mission, values, and product offerings.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build and nurture an active online community of Mentalyc users, engaging with them through social media, forums, and webinars.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and supportive manner.
    • Organize online events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and user meetups, to foster a sense of community and connection.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation, create user-generated content, and encourage advocacy.
  • Brand Voice and Communication:
    • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all content and community interactions.
    • Share customer success stories, testimonials, and use cases to build trust and showcase the value of Mentalyc.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze content performance and community engagement metrics, using data to optimize future strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on content and community growth, engagement, and impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing online communities.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to organize events, webinars, or other community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in mental health or related fields is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, social media best practices, and content performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
