2. Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and interviews to inform messaging, positioning, and product direction
  • Own competitor research and ensure Mentalyc’s product communication stays differentiated and ahead of the curve
  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging across all user touchpoints — website, emails, and in-app
  • Plan and execute feature launches end-to-end — from positioning and messaging to content and campaign rollout
  • Own and maintain all product-facing content including help articles and FAQs
  • Improve feature adoption through in-app communication, email campaigns, and onboarding content
  • Create and optimize high-converting landing pages in collaboration with product, growth, and design teams
  • Write and manage lifecycle emails that drive activation, retention, and engagement
  • Champion the voice of the therapist across the company

3. Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with at least 2 full GTM launches owned end-to-end
  • Strong track record of moving metrics—adoption, retention, lead conversion, or revenue
  • Degree in marketing, communications, psychology, business, or a related field from a top university
  • Proven ability to simplify complex products and position them for multiple personas
  • Experience using product analytics, surveys, interviews, and market research to drive decisions
  • Skilled in creating crisp, benefit-led messaging and high-quality marketing collateral
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams, sales, and leadership
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
  • Self sufficiency in designing the required marketing assets
